The Universal Long Life Rechargeable Battery Pack provides the ultimate in power and convenience when combined with your CPAP/BiPAP machine. It is compatible with systems from all major manufacturers including ResMed, Fisher & Paykel, DeVilbiss, Philips Respironics, Covidien, Puritan Bennett, and more.

The Long Life Battery Pack really works providing average run times of 16-24 hours with most machines so you can take your CPAP/BiPAP on vacation, camping, on the road, or most anywhere you want to go!

The Universal Long Life Rechargeable Battery Pack is designed to help you get a good night's sleep. The amount of time the pack will power your system between recharges will vary depending on your specific machine, pressure and setup. Using a heated humidifier while running your CPAP/BiLevel from a battery pack will reduce overall run time. To help extend run time turn the heated humidifier's temperature gauge to its lowest possible setting. Please check your user manual to confirm the specific requirements of your CPAP/BiPAP system before use.

The Long Life battery pack includes specially designed chargers which will effectively recharge the battery without overcharging it. In addition multi-colored LED lights let you know the charging status of the system.

• S8 Series CPAP Machines: Compatible with all S8 Escape, S8 Elite, S8 Vantage, and S8 AutoSet CPAP Machines. Average Run Times: 19-21 hours at 10CM, 13-15 hours at 16CM

• S7 Series CPAP & BiLevel Machines: In most cases S7 and previous ResMed CPAP/BiLevel machines were not designed to be powered directly from a 12v DC Power Source. S7 compatible battery packages include a ResMed approved Power Inverter for powering your machine from the battery pack. Run times vary based on a wide number of factors however typical usage of 14-16 hours at 10CM and 13-15 hours at 16CM is common.

HOW IT WORKS
The Long Life CPAP/BiLevel Battery is equipped with a DC Power Socket (like the "cigarette" style sockets found in most vehicles). To power your CPAP/BiLevel with the battery simply connect your machine to the pack using a manufacturer approved DC cord. We offer packages with DC Cords from Respironics, ResMed, Fisher & Paykel, and DeVilbiss; but if you already own a DC cord for your machine there is no need to purchase another! The battery pack will work fine with any manufacturer approved DC Power Cord. Review your CPAP/BiLevel manual if you are unsure about whether your system has DC power capabilities.

• The battery charger is a 12v, 2.3A switch mode charger designed to effectively charge sealed lead-acid batteries while protecting the batteries from overcharging
• The manufacturer recommends that humidifiers only be used in passover mode -- not heated -- with this battery pack. Using a heated humidifier with the battery pack will significantly reduce run times.
• For best results batteries should be fully depleted and recharged on a regular basis (every 2-3 months). Batteries should always be stored upright.
• Batteries should be fully charged at home before their first use.
